Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Maybe!
If you have an idea for a custom sticker or bookmark, email fictionaddictionco25@gmail.com and let's chat.

Note: I don't illustrate my own graphics. Custom designs would involve sourcing licensed artwork from another creator that fits your vision.

Can I send a gift directly to someone else?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient's name and shipping address at checkout.
Want to include a note? Drop it in the order notes - we'll leave out pricing and include your message.

Can I message you on social media about my order?

For the fastest response about orders, please email fictionaddictionco25@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page. We don't monitor social DMs for customer support.

Products

Will my stickers fade?

Our stickers are water-resistant but not rated for UV or sun protection

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially in hot climates or coastal areas, may cause fading over time.

For best results, keep them out of full sun and don't soak or microwave them.

How do I apply your stickers?

Clean the surface with an alcohol wipe and let it dry completely. Stickers work best on smooth, flat surfaces.

Shipping

How long is turnaround time?

Turnaround time is the time it takes us to prepare and pack your order - shipping time is separate. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, but some may take up to 5 business days if we're restocking an item.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is packed, we'll send you an email confirmation.

Stamped shipping orders ship via USPS First Class Letter Mail and do not include tracking.

Tracked shipping options will include a tracking link once postage is purchased.

Where's my order?

Tracked orders: Check your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Stamped orders: You'll receive a "shipped" email once your order is dropped in the mail - but no tracking is available.

Please allow the full turnaround time + shipping window to pass before reaching out.

Still missing? If your item is marked as "delivered" but not received, we recommend contacting your local post office or filling out USPS's Where's My Package? form.

My order never arrived. What now?

If it's still within the processing + shipping timeframe, hang tight!

If your order is lost in transit or returned to sender, we'll happily reship it - just send us a message.

We unfortunately can't replace packages marked as "delivered" by USPS, but your local post office can often help.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time - we're U.S. only for now.

My package arrived damaged - what should I do?

We've got you!

2. A photo of the damaged item

We're happy to send a replacement.
